Hi Again…

Realized this weekend how far off the healthy train I’ve fallen. Actually, mostly realized it today. I junk food (snack mix, lemonade and chocolate) before I went to the gym, then when I tried to work out like I normally do, I felt like I was going to pass out, or throw up. It was horrible. So I did some basic weights and crunches and went home and ate an apple. I promised my friend that I’d go to Cheesecake Factory with her tonight for her birthday, but I’m going to eat a salad and some chicken at some point tonight, and tomorrow I’m going to actually eat breakfast (apple & granola bar). I’ll go to Zumba tomorrow, make spaghetti that night, and on Wednesday I’m going to eat a healthy breakfast & lunch, go for a run after class, and eat leftover spaghetti that night.

I know this is a boring post, but even if no one reads it, I want to write it out so I know what promises I’m making to myself right now. I’m really disappointed with myself. I told myself I could take a little break from being super healthy, and it turned into me just letting it go. I spent $60 on groceries this week, I need to make that count!
